All POD Reviewers are expected to participate in reviewer training. Training helps to ensure that proposals are consistently scored and that feedback to proposal authors is constructive. Training may be completed at your own pace as an individual, with a group of colleagues, or in pairs with a member of the POD community. Proposals will not be assigned to reviewers who have not completed the training.
What's Next
Reviewers will be assigned to proposals that are aligned with their self-selected areas of expertise. Each proposal will be reviewed by three individuals in an anonymous review process. Session coordinators will receive the reviewer feedback and use a combination of numeric scores, final recommendations, and reviewer comments to rank proposals, passing their recommendations for acceptance along to the Program Chairs.
Questions or Concerns
Please contact the Conference team via email should you have any questions, concerns, or comments related to the training materials or proposal reviews.
